Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the integrity and hygiene of our items, all sales are final.

Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following condition:

• Same-Day Refunds:
  You may request a refund on the same day your order is placed. Once that day has passed, all sales are considered final and ineligible for refund.

To request a same-day refund, please email us immediately at Prim.282010@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Additional Notes

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified after the same day of purchase.

• Refunds requested after the purchase date will not be honored under any circumstance.
